Privacy statement

Paul Knörr, located at Van der Woudendijk 95, 2497 XR in The Hague, is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement.

Personal data that I process
I process your personal data by using the services offered and/ or by providing this information to me. Personal data that I’m processing; first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, details of your activities on my website, other personal details you actively provide, for example in correspondence and by telephone.

Special and/ or sensitive personal data
In addition to the above information, I do not process special or sensitive personal data. My website and/ or services do not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, I can’t check whether a visitor is older than 16. I therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that I have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact me via the contact form and I will delete this information.

For what purpose and on the basis of which I process personal data
I process your personal data for the following purposes; handling your payment, sending my newsletter and/ or advertising leaflet, being able to call or e-mail if necessary to carry out my services, to inform you about changes to my services and products, about goods and services to deliver to you, or personal data that is required by law, such as information that I need for a tax return, for example.

Automated decision-making
I take decisions based on automated processing about things that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without a person sitting in between.

How long I keep personal data
I do not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected.

Sharing personal data with third parties
I will not sell your details to third parties and will only provide them if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data in my assignment, I conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. I remain responsible for these processing operations.

Cookies, or similar techniques, that I use
I only use technical cookies, functional cookies and analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies I use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferences. I can also optimize my website with this. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it does not store cookies anymore. In addition, you can also delete all information previously saved via the settings of your browser.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by me and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to send the personal data that I have registered about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send me a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data via the contact form. To make sure that the request for access has been made by you, I ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. I respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, at your request.

How I secure personal data
I take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact me via the contact form.

Secure connection (SSL)
I send your information via a secure internet connection. You can see this at the address bar ‘https’ and the green lock in the address bar.

Reporting data leaks
The Reporting obligation Data leaks, which have been active since January 2016, mean that a notification must be made to the Dutch Data Protection Authority within 72 hours as soon as a data breach has been discovered. Have you discovered a (possible) data breach? Register this as soon as possible via the contact form. Mention in this e-mail your name, organization (if applicable), telephone number and a description of the discovered data breach.

I’m entitled to change the content of the privacy statement without the visitor being informed. The implementation of the change on the websites is sufficient for this.

I would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
